Deputies say an 80-year-old Victor man was arrested on multiple charges and is being held on $5,000 bail following the violation of an order of protection.
John C. Mancuso, 80, of Victor was charged with four counts of second-degree criminal contempt after contacting a victim who had a Class A order of protection against him.
He was arraigned in Ovid Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
He will answer the charges in Ovid Town Court later this month.
