Deputies say a 22-year-old Enfield resident was arrested after a traffic stop on Main Street in Canandaigua. Joseph V. Saltrelli, 22, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after the traffic stop.
