Canandaigua driver charged with DWI after Victor traffic stop

Deputies arrested a 30-year-old Canandaigua resident after a traffic stop on West Main Street in Victor.

Jacqueline M. VanGordon, 30, was stopped for traffic violations — and discovered to have a permit, which had been suspended six times, on five different occasions.

She submitted to a breath test, which determined her BAC to be twice the legal limit. She was processed at the Ontario County Jail and released.

The charges will be answered in Victor Town Court.
