Canandaigua teen ticketed for DWI after rollover accident on Rt. 64

A Canandaigua teen faces a number of charges, which includes driving while intoxicated after a rollover accident on State Route 64.

Natalie Riley-Nicosia, 19, was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, and a number of other traffic violations.

Troopers were dispatched by Ontario County 911 to an rollover accident on State Route 64 in the Town of Bristol. Upon arrival they determined that Riley-Nicosia was the operator of a vehicle when she lost control and overturned into Mud Creek in two feet of water. The vehicle landed on its roof.



Riley-Nicosia was the sole occupant and was not injured.

While interviewing her a odor of an alcohol beverage was emanating from her breath. She was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital by Honeoye Ambulance for further evaluations. She consented to providing a blood sample.

On March 10th at 1:15 p.m., Riley-Nicosia arrived in Canandaigua with a family member and was processed without incident.

She was issued traffic tickets returnable to Bristol Town Court.
