A 48-year-old Syracuse woman was arrested in Junius after deputies received the report of a larceny in progress. Kellie J. Barnello, 48, of Syracuse was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, petit larceny and possession of burglar tools after investigation. The incident took place at an unidentified Junius business.
