Meeting in a special session Tuesday night, the Seneca County Board of Supervisors voted in favor of one agreement to settle the Cayuga Indian Landclaim and voted against a second landclaim agreement. The former chiropractic college student accused of setting fire last November to the Seneca Falls Town Office Building will be back in Seneca County Court today. Waterloo Village Police are investigating the death of a 31-year-old man. It happened at a Locust Street home Saturday night.
