Police say a 53-year-old Waterloo woman was arrested on multiple charges – including DWI Leandra’s Law after authorities responded to a vehicle blocking traffic on Monday.
Around 7:58 pm Darlene S. Sisco, of Waterloo was charged with DWI, DWI Leandra’s Law, which is a felony, as well as three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The children were 10- and 11-years-old.
Sisco was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
