Deputies say a 19-year-old Hall man avoided serious injury after an accident caused by slippery road conditions in the Town of Seneca on Thursday.
Justyn A. Carr, 19, of Hall was traveling north on Route 14A when he lost control of his vehicle while going around a curve.
The road conditions were slippery and the car traveled off the south side of the roadway – striking a ditch. The car then overturned.
Carr suffered a hand injury and was treated at the scene. He was cited for unsafe speed for road conditions.
