On Saturday at 9:36 pm police arrested a Clyde man following a larceny investigation at the Walmart Supercenter in Seneca Falls.
David L. Guthrie, 34, of Clyde was employed at the store, when observed by asset protection stealing merchandise while working.
Police say he would use store keys to defeat the anti-theft security devices to avoid detection.
Guthrie was charged with one count of petit larceny and one count of criminal possession of an anti-security item.Both are misdemeanors and will be answered in Seneca Flals Town Court at a later date.
