Deputies say that a 27-year-old Georgia man was arrested for promoting prison contraband after he was found to be possessing matches inside the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
Marcus Fraser, 27, of Buford, Georgia was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband. Deputies say he was an inmate at the time of the arrest.
He was issued an appearance ticket to Romulus Town Court.
The charges will be answered at a later date in July.
