A Palmyra man was arrested on Thursday after becoming irate during the booking process following a separate incident.
Samuel Hanna, 51, of Palmyra was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after becoming physically irate during the booking process during an unrelated arrest.
Deputies say he broke a cell door window.
Hanna was arrested at the Wayne County Jail and arraigned in Lyons Town Court.
