A man convicted of attempted rape and has been accused of regularly flashing and harassing women in the city of Ithaca is back in jail and facing new allegations.
Floyd Slater is accused of violating probation and exposing his penis to several women in public. He is also a registered sex offender. According to online documents, he was convicted May 23, 2013 of felony second-degree attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 10 years of probation.
