A Lyons woman was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after caring for kids while under the influence of alcohol.
State Police say Danielle M. Miller, 31, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation where it was determined that she was intoxicated while caring for the kids.
Traffic tickets were issued and the charges will be answered at a later date.
