The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a Penn Yan man following a domestic incident that took place at the end of January.
Robert Plain is accused of strangling his wife to the point of losing ability to breathe. He was arrested on February 1st at the Ontario County Jail after another incident.
He was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and sent back to the Ontario County Jail.
