The travel guide is provided by Thomas Pastuszak, wine director at the New York City hotel and restaurant NoMad.
“There’s no other region in the U.S. that really focuses on Riesling the way that Napa has Cabernet or Chardonnay, the way that Oregon’s Willamette Valley has Pinot Noir,” Pastuszak told Vogue. “The Finger Lakes is very quickly becoming that.”
