State Police say a 56-year-old Webster man faces felony DWI charges after a property damage accident in Wayne County over the weekend.
Police say Robert C. Mason, 56, of Webster was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent, consumption of an alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle, moving from lane unsafely, failure to keep right, improper signal, visibility distorted due to broken glass and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Mason was stopped on County Line Road in Ontario after Troopers were dispatched to a property damage accident.
He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. He was also transported to State Police Walworth where he provided a breath sample of .20 percent.
Mason was issued traffic tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
