A 37-year-old Canandaigua resident was arrested on child endangerment charges after an incident on New Years Day.
According to police, Starbuck F. Beagley, 37, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly grabbing a juvenile by the ankle and pulling her across a bed in an attempt to get her phone from her.
According to police the incident happened in the presence of another juvenile.
Beagley is also accused of providing alcohol to the two minors. All of the charges will be answered at a later date.
