The Watkins Glen Police Department reports the arrest of a 19-year-old Rock Stream resident after a traffic stop.
Nathan T. Ford, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of alcohol, and open container in a vehicle following a traffic stop in Watkins Glen.
The 19-year-old was issued appearance tickets for a later date.
