Deputies in Wayne County report an accident, which took place in Lyons over the weekend.
Jesus Ballesteros-Cisneros, 24, of Penn Yan was southbound on Rt. 14 when his vehicle crossed over into the northbound lane, striking an embankment and flipping over several times.
The Lyons Fire Department and EMS assisted at the scene, according to investigators. Both individuals inside the vehicle were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
