A 52-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a one-car accident on Saltonstall St. in the city.
Police say Michael G. Watts, 52, of Canandaigua was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of .08 percent or more, moving from lane unsafely and unlicensed operator.
According to police, the 52-year-old only had a learner’s permit and had a previous DWI conviction.
