Port Byron woman charged with aggravated DWI in Seneca Falls

On Friday at approximately 4 am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office made a traffic stop leading to the arrest of Lynn A. Gislason, 47, of Port Byron on State Route 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Deputies report Gislason was stopped for operating with no taillights and upon further investigation deputies determined she was intoxicated.



Gislason was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or more.

She was released on appearance tickets and is to return to the Seneca Falls Town Court on September 28th, 2017 at 10 am to answer the charges.
