Police in Canandaigua arrested a 52-year-old resident after an investigation into an attempted burglary.
Debra Bidwell, 52, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree attempted burglary after she allegedly tried to break into a garage on Saltonstall St. in an effort to remove her vehicle from the garage without paying for the towing.
She was arraigned in Canandaigua City Court.
