On August 14th Troopers arrested Humberto Rodriguez-Cruz, 25, of Chester, Pennsylvania for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to dim lights and speeding.
Rodriguez-Cruz was stopped on State Route 104 in the Town of Sodus for failing to dim lights and speeding.
He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Rodriguez-Cruz was transported to SP Wolcott where he provided a breath sample of .19 percent BAC.
Rodriguez-Cruz was arraigned at the Sodus Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail en lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond. He is to return to Sodus Town Court on September 13, 2017.
