A 22-year-old Lodi man is accused of raping an underage girl, according to state police.
New York State Police charged Benjamin W. Frey, 22, of Lodi with third-degree rape after an investigation was launched following a complaint filed by the victim’s parents.
He was arraigned in Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
