The case against four people charged with the murder of an Ontario woman is headed to a grand jury.
The ruling came Monday following the death of 52-year-old Julie Martin in February. Martin was found dead in her trailer in the Orchard Grove Village Mobile Park.
Last week, Martin’s daughter, 22-year-old Jasmine Harlee, was charged with murder along with three others: 21-year-old Knowledge Couser of Rochester, 19-year-old Malquan Drayton of Pittsford, and 18-year-old Davonte Devine of Pittsford.
Deputies say the four conspired to kill Martin for insurance money.
