Ontario County was one of the areas that got a lot of rain in a short period of time.
The emergency management director tells us most of the damage came from water flowing over the roads.
Trees were uprooted and there’s a lot dirt left behind after the water receded. People living in Canandaigua showed us they have some clean up ahead of them this weekend.
Despite that, they say it’s not all that surprising.
