Deputies in Wayne County say a 38-year-old medical transport driver has been charged with forcible touching after an alleged incident that took place on May 25th.
Tommy E. Hardy, 38, of Rochester is accused of inappropriately contacting a client while working as a medical transport driver.
An investigation into the incident resulted in Hardy being charged with forcible touching.
Deputies say Hardy is no longer employed as a medical transport driver.
He turned himself into patrols and was arraigned in Ontario Town Court.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim and he was released on his own recognizance. The charges will be answered in Ontario Town Court.
