Deputies in Wayne County say a Williamson man was arrested for having sexual relations with a 15-year-old.
Jose Pablo Perez Espinoza, 18, of Williamson was charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child. Espinoza allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female in August 2016.
The teen was unable to legally consent, which resulted in the charge.
He was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
