Deputies in Ontario County arrested a Canandaigua man for driving while intoxicated on Tuesday.
Peter Francis Esposito III, 47, of Canandaigua was charged with driving while intoxicated after deputies were called to the scene of a property damage crash at the intersection of State Route 5&20 and County Rd. 50.
Deputies say he was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
He was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
