Canandaigua Police say a 44-year-old resident was charged with DWI, improper right turn, driving on a sidewalk, as well as leaving the scene of a property damage accident on April 21st after she allegedly was intoxicated during an accident.
Carla Y. Howard, 44, was arrested on the above charges. She is accused of leaving the scene of an accident after she drove onto a sidewalk causing property damage.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua Court.
