The Town of Owasco is asking for your help to build a new playground that is ADA compliant.
The goal is for this to be a place for all children to play. However they are a few thousand dollars short to finish the project. A local man has started a GoFundMe page on behalf of his niece, who has a disability, to raise the $10,000 needed to finish the playground.
