Officers in Canandaigua arrested a 34-year-old Canandaigua man after he was stopped for swerving off of the roadway.
Authorities say James P. Hanning, of Canandaigua was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely after he was seen moving off of the roadway in his vehicle.
He was stopped and subsequently found to be driving while intoxicated.
Hanning will answer the charges at a later date in Canandaigua City Court.
