The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Livonia man was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after a minor single-vehicle crash in Canandaigua.
Deputies say Joshua Carl Cuthbertson, 33, of Livonia was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance after an incident where he drove his car into a guardrail.
He was found to be in possession of drugs after investigators arrived on scene. He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charge at a later date.
