A Lyons woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Mott Rd. in Phelps.
Deputies say Beth Anne Michaels, 49, of Lyons was charged with driving while intoxicated after the traffic stop. A breath sample was provided at the Ontario County Jail after the arrest and confirmed that she was driving over the legal limit.
The charges will be answered at a later date in Phelps Town Court.
