A 28-year-old Victor man is accused of having sex with a minor under the age of 17, according to police.
Deputies say Lucas C. Blundell, 28, of Victor was charged with third-degree rape after an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Blundell is currently required to register in New York State as a Level 2 sex offender.
He was arraigned on the newest charges in Victor Town Court and was committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secured bond.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes. The investigation is ongoing in this case, and additional charges are possible.
