Elane Daly, former director of Cayuga County Health and Human Services, will seek the Democratic Committee endorsement for the county Legislature’s District 11 seat.
Since retiring from the county, Daly has worked part-time as a program manager for East Hill Family Medical’s school-based dental program. She also serves as a board member for Unity House of Cayuga County and Auburn Community Hospital. Beside her work with health and human services, Daly administered the county’s early intervention and long-term care program.
