On Tuesday, members of the Canandaigua Police Department arrested a Canandaigua woman on drug charges following an investigation.
Officers charged Emily C. Hiler, 29, with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and five counts of possession of a hypodermic needle.
Hiler was arrested after it was discovered that she possessed approximately 25 packaged baggies of heroin and 5 hypodermic needles. The Canandaigua Police Department was assisted by the Ontario County Probation Department.
After the arrested Hiler was processed and remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
