Deputies in Ontario County report the arrest of a Victor man following a traffic stop on McMahon Road.
Nicholas B. Nannini-Ramsey, 22, of Victor was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop, where deputies say he failed to keep right. He was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail without incident. He was issued several traffic tickets and released to a third-party. All of the charges will be answered at a later date in Victor Town Court.
