The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on Saturday around 2 am officers arrested a Seneca Falls man for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop.
Officers say that Randoph L. Kramer Jr., 48, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to dim high beams, speed in zone and refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test. The traffic stop took place on East Bayard Street. He was charged with second-degree obstructing governemntal administration after officers say he refused to provide state mandated information to officers.
He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, or $2,000 secured bond.
