A Lyons man was arrested on December 3rd following an incident where he allegedly caused a disturbance in the main lobby of the Lyons Manor.
Deputies in Wayne County arrested Jeff S. Lilyea, 57, of Lyons for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, according to the Sheriff’s Office. They say he was in an intoxicated state at the time of the incident and became physically and verbally resistive towards deputies.
A brief struggle took place before Lilyea was taken into custody. He was arraigned in Galen Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,500 secured bond.
