The Canandaigua Police Department reports a series of arrests, which took place over the last 10 days.
Eduardo Arias, 63, was charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a number of items from WEgmans in Canandaigua. The items were valued at $64.49.
Daniel J. Ballman, 48 of Canandaigua was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree on August 12 at 9:19 pm on Salton St. in Canandaigua. While providing a victim with a copy of a stay away order of protection signed by Ballman in court the night before, Ballman was located inside the residence.
He was arrested and transported to the jail to await arraignment.
