Sarah R. Duffy, age 34, of 57 Holiday Harbor, Canandaigua was charged with DWI-drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle, moving from lane unsafely, and reckless driving.
There charges stemmed from an investigation involving a single vehicle crash, which Duffy was involved in that occurred on Monday morning at 9:30 AM. Duffy left her lane of travel and struck a tree on South Pearl Street near intersection Telyea Street. Her Toyota Prius came to a rest on the driver’s side.
Duffy was removed from her vehicle by members of Canandaigua Fire Department and transported to Thompson Hospital for medical treatment.
