The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on May 2nd at approximately 4:00 pm deputies made multiple arrests after a traffic stop on State Route 5&20 in the Town of Waterloo. Deputies arrested Erin Smith, 24, and Daniel Smith, 29, both of Seneca Falls and Amanda Eaves, 31, Geneva. Daniel Smith was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third after a traffic stop. Upon further investigation, it is alleged that the passengers and driver all possessed cocaine and heroin. All three occupants were charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh. They were arraigned in Junius Town Court where they were committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $750 cash bail or $1500 insurance bond. They are scheduled to appear at the Town of Waterloo Court on May 12th at 12:30 pm. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office K9 Un it and the New York State Police.
