On Saturday, Adam C. Green, age 33 of 530 Route 247 in Rushville, was charged with burglary in the second degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.Green is accused of unlawfully entering a residence on Perry Place and damaging property just after midnight on April 30, 2016. He was discovered by a teenage male who lives in the home. Green was located by police at approximately 6:30 pm on the same date. He was observed operating a motor vehicle just prior to his arrest. Green’s license is suspended seven times.Furman was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
