Deputies: Multiple suspects used stolen credit card in Seneca Co.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office made three arrests in connection with a credit card, which was stolen and used multiple times, by multiple suspects. Investigators say Ian M. Belanger, 30, of Ovid; Stacey L. Courtright, 28, of Ovid; and Courtney B. Bower, 20, of Fayette were arrested and face multiple charges.
