Garlock Sealing Technologies in Palmyra was evacuated this morning after a chemical spill.A small leak was found in a toluene pipe in a production building. Geneva City Police confirmed late Wednesday afternoon two missing Geneva middle school students have been found. A police department spokesperson said 13-year old Anthony French and Robert Adorno were found shortly after 11 a.m. at the corner of Lewis and Genesee Street in Genesee Park.
