Police say a 25-year-old Rochester woman was arrested after a theft from Rite Aid in Canandaigua on September 22nd. Charlotte M. Pollock, 25, of Rochester was charged with fourth-degree fraud larceny after allegedly stealing $1,000 worth of merchandise. She was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment. more
