Cold front approaches from the west, will bring cooler weather to FLX

Last night’s thunderstorms are history; and even after a brief tornado warning was issued in the Southern Tier – things are setting up to be quiet in the Finger Lakes.

There is just one more line of showers and thunderstorms that the region will have to navigate.

Overnight, storms rolled through the region – bringing plenty of thunder and lightning.

Now though, behind that line of storms – temperatures and humidity will moderate – allowing for a cool, comfortable night to ensue.

Tonight will feature a low of about 49 degrees as skies clear out. On Thursday, temperatures will climb to about 64 with partly cloudy skies.
