State Police arrested a 49-year-old Waterloo man for driving while intoxicated after an investigation into a hit-and-run accident on Waterloo-Geneva Road.
Police arrested Eric B. Dunlap, 49, for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and unsafe backing of a motor vehicle.
Troopers were dispatched to a hit and run accident on Waterloo-Geneva Road in the Town of Waterloo on Thursday.
Dunlap was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.
Police say he provided a breath sample of 0.28 percent after the incident.
Dunlap was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Waterloo Court on March 9th, 2018.
