State Police in Canandaigua arrested a 42-year-old driver after a traffic stop was executed on February 15th.
Police say Richard S. Padgham, 42, of Canandaigua was charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop, which was initiated due to a missing headlight.
Upon investigation it was determined that Padgham was under the influence of alcohol. Troopers performed field sobriety tests, which he failed.
His blood-alcohol content was found to be 0.21 percent. The charges will be answered in Victor Town Court.
